Ignite / Off-site monitoring

Ignite OMS

More visibility.
Better oversight.

Connect your camera systems to a monitoring approach that gives relevant events the attention and context they need.

People. Process. Technology.Clear procedures connect detection, operator review, escalation and reporting.

Monitoring with purpose

A clear path from
event to action.

Effective monitoring starts with understanding your site. We shape the monitoring scope around relevant risks, operating hours and the people responsible for responding.

01 / VISIBILITY

Remote oversight

Bring agreed camera views and relevant events into a defined off-site monitoring workflow.

02 / CONTEXT

Event verification

Review available footage and event information before following the appropriate procedure.

03 / COORDINATION

Agreed escalation

Define who should be contacted, when escalation is needed and how actions should be recorded.

04 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Incident records

Keep the event, actions and available evidence connected for clearer follow-up.

05 / CONTINUITY

System awareness

Include camera availability and connectivity considerations in the monitoring design.

06 / IMPROVEMENT

Operational reporting

Use reporting to discuss recurring events, coverage gaps and improvements to site procedures.

Designed for your site

The right response
starts with the
right brief.

Each site has different risks and operating conditions. Monitoring hours, integrations, response responsibilities and reporting are agreed as part of your service scope.

Explore our approach
  1. 01

    Understand the environment

Review your camera coverage, connectivity, critical areas and existing procedures.

  2. 02

    Define meaningful events

Agree the events, schedules and conditions that need attention.

  3. 03

    Align the response

Confirm escalation contacts, responsibilities and reporting requirements.

  4. 04

    Review and refine

Use operating feedback to improve coverage and reduce avoidable noise.

The operating model

Monitoring is a process.
Every step needs an owner.

The site procedure connects the camera event with a reviewer, an escalation decision and the people responsible for responding.

StageWhat happensWhat is agreed for your site
DetectionA relevant event or agreed monitoring activity brings a view to attention.Covered areas, schedules, event rules and available technology.
VerificationThe reviewer considers the available footage and context.Review criteria, operating hours and the procedure for uncertainty.
EscalationThe event follows the applicable notification and escalation path.Contact sequence, responsibilities and fallback contacts.
Record and reviewRelevant observations, actions and outcomes are recorded for follow-up.Required records, reporting frequency and authorised recipients.

A useful monitoring brief

Agree the detail
before the first event.

Coverage and operating conditions

  • Sites, critical areas and camera views in scope
  • Monitoring schedules and relevant operating hours
  • Lighting, camera positioning and scene conditions
  • Connectivity, recording access and equipment compatibility

Response and information

  • Escalation contacts and fallback arrangements
  • Responsibilities for any physical response
  • Incident categories, evidence access and reporting
  • Review meetings and configuration change procedures

Information that supports follow-up

Keep the event
and its context
together.

An incident record should explain what was observed and what happened next.

Depending on the agreed reporting scope, that can include the site and camera, the event time, relevant observations, contacts notified, actions recorded and the available outcome.

Management reporting can then help identify recurring categories, areas requiring attention and gaps in the operating procedure. Access to footage, reporting recipients and retention arrangements are established for the service.

Practical questions

Before we connect.

Can Ignite work with our existing cameras?

We assess the camera equipment, recording platform, connectivity and available integration methods before confirming compatibility. Existing equipment may be usable, depending on your site and monitoring requirements.

Does off-site monitoring include armed response?

Off-site monitoring provides event oversight and escalation. Any physical response arrangement, including a third-party response provider, must be agreed separately in the site response plan.

Can monitoring be tailored to operating hours?

Monitoring schedules, priority areas and event rules form part of the service design. Tell us when your site is occupied, when risk changes and who is available to respond.

How is AI used?

Where suitable and supported, analytics can help identify configured activity and prioritise events. Detection depends on scene conditions and configuration. Human review and agreed procedures remain important.
